This live virtual group is designed specifically for women Service Members and Veterans seeking practical tools to support emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation, and personal growth. Participants will learn evidence-informed strategies including grounding practices, mindfulness, self-Brainspotting techniques, wellness planning, and small sustainable lifestyle shifts. Each week combines education, experiential exercises, guided reflection, and community connection.
