Brave & Grounded
A 5-Week Virtual Nervous System Reset for Women Service Members & Veterans
This live virtual coaching group is designed specifically for Women Veterans and Service Members seeking practical tools to support emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation, and personal growth. Together, participants will explore evidence-informed strategies including mindfulness, grounding practices, self-Brainspotting exercises, wellness planning, and sustainable lifestyle shifts that can be applied in everyday life.
Because this is a coaching and educational group rather than mental health treatment, participation is available nationwide. No diagnosis is required, and the group is focused on personal growth, self-awareness, skill-building, and community connection rather than psychotherapy. Each session combines education, experiential exercises, guided reflection, and meaningful conversation with other women who understand the unique experiences of military service.

As a Woman Veteran, military leader, spouse of a Veteran, and therapist, I understand firsthand the unique challenges that can come with military service, leadership, caregiving, and navigating life after deployments and transitions. Throughout my career, there have been seasons where I pushed through stress, ignored what my body was trying to tell me, and found myself disconnected from the very practices I knew were important for wellbeing. Like many women who serve, I became skilled at overlooking the impact that chronic stress can have on the nervous system, relationships, and overall quality of life.
I am passionate about supporting Women Veterans because I believe healing begins with awareness. Learning to listen to our bodies, recognize signs of overwhelm, and respond with intention rather than simply pushing through can create meaningful shifts in how we live, lead, and connect with others. This group is designed to provide practical tools, community, and space for reflection so that Women Veterans can better understand their nervous systems, reconnect with their strengths, and cultivate sustainable practices that support long-term wellbeing and growth.
