Insurance
At this time I do not take insurance. When you request I am able to produces a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
Self Pay
Clients who do not have insurance are able to pay for services directly. The following costs apply:
Individual 55 minute session rate: $135.00
EMDR Intensive 2 hours: $270.00
EMDR Intensive 3 hours: $420.00
Cancellation Policy
Once an appointment hour is scheduled, you are asked to provide a 24 hour notice of cancellation or you will be charged a session fee of $135. Your insurance policy will not cover this fee.
