50 min Therapy Session: $150.00
90 min Therapy Session: $225.00
2-4 Hour Intensives: Advanced scheduling needed, rate is based of $150 per hour rate, including breaks as needed.
Payment:
Brave Practice is a private pay for services business accepting credit, debit, HSA, or FLEX funds. I do not accept health insurances, however, upon request I can provide a superbill documenting your payment and appointment that you can submit to your insurance to request reimbursement for the services provided.
Payment is automatically processed at the time of service.
Missed Appointment:
I request a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. An automatic fee of $75.00 will be charged for missed appointments or any appointments that are cancelled under 24 hours.
