90 min Therapy Session: $225.00
EMDR Intensives: 2–4-hour intensives can be scheduled based of $175 per hour rate, including breaks as needed.

Brave Counseling & Coaching is a private pay for services business accepting credit, debit, HSA, or FLEX funds. I do not accept health insurances, however, upon request I can provide a superbill documenting your payment and appointment that you can submit to your insurance to request reimbursement for the services provided.

Coaching plans are personalized and flexible. Together, we’ll determine the length of engagement that best supports your goals and growth. Coaching is non-clinical, does not involve diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions, and can be ended at any time.

Leadership coaching reflects specialized experience, confidentiality, and individualized support for leaders in complex roles. Engagements are flexible, customizable, and may be adjusted or ended at any time.
Executive retainers:
Monthly retainers are tailored to the organization’s goals, scope of engagement, and desired level of support.

Missed Appointment:
I request a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. An automatic fee of $75.00 will be charged for missed appointments or any appointments that are cancelled under 24 hours.
