About me...

I’m someone who is grounded and inspired when outdoors, whether it’s hiking, sauna/cold plunge, swimming, skiing, dabbling in fly fishing, or simply sitting by a fireplace with a good book that is my happy place. I love spending time with my family and enjoy any hobby that allows me to be creative, especially design, renovating, and woodworking.

Professionally, I have served in the National Guard for over 25 years, and I look forward to retiring at some point! My experiences in both military and civilian settings have provided me with a strong foundation in clinical care and leadership. I’ve had the privilege of working in diverse mental health environments, which has shaped my approach and deepened my understanding of people’s unique journeys.

Today, I embrace the flexibility of providing telehealth services, creating space for both my clients and myself to connect meaningfully in a way that fits modern life. I especially enjoy working with clients who are committed to doing their own work and are ready to engage in the process of growth. I find modalities such as EMDR and Brainspotting (currently pursing training) to be highly effective for healing and personal transformation. My combined military and civilian career have given me a broad perspective, enabling me to connect with individuals, organizations, and leaders from all walks of life.

I look forward to the possibility of working with you and supporting you on your journey.
