Hello, I am Jonna

I’m passionate about helping individuals and teams create intentional lasting change. With years of experience as a therapist, coach, and executive leader my approach is warm, collaborative, based in neuroscience, and deeply rooted in a commitment to your growth.

I believe:

  • That significant healing and shifts in life are possible.

  • That life transitions, whether chosen or unexpected, deserve space, reflection, and care.

  • That the courage to do your own work has the power to transform how you lead, live, and relate to others.

  • That healthy teams are built by leaders who are willing to grow themselves and cultivate environments where others feel safe to do the same.

My style is empathetic yet direct, with just enough humor to keep the work human. I respect each person’s pace and honor the complexity of their story. It’s a privilege to walk alongside you in this process.

Let’s get started…

Brave Tween Labs is designed to be a space where girls can show up as they are, feel comfortable being themselves, and grow along the way. Through a mix of conversation, creativity, mindfulness, and hands-on experiences, participants explore topics like friendships, confidence, and gratitude in a way that feels natural and relatable.

At its core, Brave Labs is about creating a supportive environment where participants feel seen, heard, and empowered to trust themselves and their voice.
